Terms of Service

This is a draft under legal review. Sesavu is an early product. These terms describe how it works today and will be replaced by counsel-reviewed terms before any paid launch. Nothing here is a final agreement.

1. What Sesavu is

Sesavu is a tool for saving visual references and turning collections of them into design briefs for you and your AI agents. You create an account, and the references you save are stored on our servers under that account. You can approve an AI agent connection to read your library, with optional permission to save. Paid plans are not available yet.

2. Using Sesavu

• Use Sesavu only in ways that are lawful and that respect other people's rights.
• You are responsible for the references you capture. Only save content you have the right to store, and respect the terms of the sites you capture from.
• Do not use Sesavu to store or publish content that is illegal, infringing, or that you are not permitted to share.
• Connect only agents you trust with your library, including private references. Share through a connection only content you are permitted to share. Your AI provider's terms apply to content it receives. You can revoke access in Sesavu under Agents.

3. Content you save

You keep whatever rights you already hold in the material you save. By publishing a collection publicly, you represent that you have the right to display that material. If a rights holder objects to captured content, we act on notices as described in our DMCA and takedown policy.

4. Payments

No paid plans are live and no charges are made. When billing is introduced, this section will describe pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds, and a separate refund/cancellation policy will be published. Until then, any "upgrade" action in the app is a preview and does not charge you.

5. Data portability

You can request an export of your saved references and collections. The control is not yet exposed on every screen; until it is, contact us and we will run the export for you.

6. No warranty

Sesavu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. It is early software: it may change or break between builds. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
