DMCA and Takedown Policy
Last updated 18 July 2026
This is a draft under legal review. Sesavu respects the rights of content owners. Because public collections can display references captured from other sites, this page explains how to report content you believe infringes your rights. The formal process, including a registered designated agent, will be finalized before public launch.
Reporting infringing content
If you own the rights to material shown on Sesavu and believe it was posted without authorization, send a takedown notice to our contact address. Please include:
- Your name and contact details, and the rights holder you represent.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The specific link(s) on Sesavu to the material you want removed, so we can locate it.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Submit a notice to: akash@Chaitonix.com
(Designated agent registration remains to be finalized.)
What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, our intent is to review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material and notify the person who posted it. The takedown workflow and stored-copy purge are still being built; this section will be updated as that lands.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why. A full counter-notice process will be documented here before launch.
Repeat infringers
We intend to disable access for users who repeatedly post infringing material, consistent with applicable law.
